Glasgow's music scene is growing even larger and stronger with the launch of the Classic Grand on Jamaica Street on October 13th. My Latest Novel and the Grim Northern Social will play live on the opening night, as well as DJs from Clash Magazine and DJ Mash.
Glasgow city centre has long needed a 500 capacity venue and housed in one of Glasgow's first cinemas dating back to 1915 The Classic Grand fills that void. With a state of the art linear PA system a comfortable and secure backstage area and a smaller 240 capacity room, which is ideal for aftershows, launches, previews or other functions,this makes The Classic Grand a must play venue on the UK touring circuit.
